50g Dairy Milk chocolate, chopped
75ml boiling water
2 scoops chocolate ice cream, ( approx. 50g)
300ml semi skimmed milk
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Special equipment: Liquidisier/blender
1. Place the chocolate into the blender with the boiling water and blend until smooth.
2. Add the ice cream and milk and blend again. Serve in glasses.
